Delivery & Returns

Shipping is currently only available in New Zealand.

Orders are sent through tracked postage. Shipping is priced per order and will show up when you proceed to the checkout.  We endeavour to get the order to you within 2-3 days, however some rural areas may take a little longer.  If you do not receive your order within a reasonable amount of time please contact us and we will track your parcel.

If your order arrives damaged or you are unhappy with the product, please email thelollyjargreytown@gmail.com explaining the situation and we will arrange a replacement, refund or store credit.  We may need your order sent back to us for assessment, in which case we will organise a courier to collect at a time and place convenient to you.
